Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout the store
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle cash transactions
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean shopping environments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Participate in weekend promotional events and activities
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary—we'll train you!
- Positive attitude and strong customer service focus
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Nashville location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Team player with excellent communication skills
