Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, professional demeanor as they arrive at the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and answering general inquiries about our services and products.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all patrons.
- Support the team with stocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising tasks.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
