Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory counts, and organizing warehouse storage areas efficiently.
- Operational Support: Execute daily operational tasks, including sorting, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment for all employees.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We are looking for a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible weekday shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and move around the warehouse floor.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
