- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate sales records, operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, and manage inventory.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to meet daily sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with some flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and mobile devices is preferred.
