Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as directed by management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met during peak hours.
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required; full training will be provided.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
