Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately, handling cash and credit with 100% integrity.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Stock inventory shelves and organize product displays to drive sales and maintain brand standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to highlight key products and promotions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
