Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and display areas to ensure products are organized, priced, and visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability and store policies.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to accuracy and security.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
