Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to customers.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain an organized sales floor.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate balances at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
