Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishing.
- Build rapport with regular customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotions or special events.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
