- Store Operations: Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately at the register, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify shortages, and assist in inventory counts as needed.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for customers.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during busy periods and communicate effectively with store management.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to working weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately heavy items (up to 20lbs) for extended periods.
