Responsibilities
- Greet customers with genuine enthusiasm and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS system for transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
- Merchandise and visually arrange store displays to brand standards
- Stock inventory and maintain clean, organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Process returns/exchanges while maintaining excellent customer service
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we train all team members
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with some flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Valencia Street location
