Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and assist with product inquiries and selections
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Organize and maintain store displays, shelves, and merchandise presentation
- Stock incoming inventory and ensure proper pricing/signage
- Operate cash registers and reconcile daily sales reports
- Uphold cleanliness standards throughout sales floor and fitting rooms
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Reliable transportation to Downtown Plaza location
