Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during high-traffic weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders, perform data entry, and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure operational goals are met and exceed performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary software systems under the guidance of senior staff.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and high-volume demands.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
