Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders and inquiries with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and support tickets.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure continuity of service.
- Assist in inventory management and basic data entry tasks.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within established service standards.

Qualifications

- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.

- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods as required by the role.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix location.
