Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Handle inbound inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage warehouse organization.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate digital records of daily operations and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet our high standards before leaving the facility.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) and strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to pass a background check.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
