Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and patient examinations
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer injections and perform EKGs under supervision
- Document patient histories and vital signs accurately
- Coordinate patient flow and manage appointment schedules
- Provide basic patient education on treatment plans
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior medical experience necessary - training provided!
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend shifts and training hours
