Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes and manage reservations
- Prepare and maintain clean, inviting common areas and guest facilities
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions and activities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle basic cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Uphold all safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Reliable transportation to and from the French Quarter location
- Must be 18 years or older
