Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional front desk services including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservation systems and guest inquiries with efficiency
- Handle payment processing and basic accounting tasks
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and diplomatically
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas
- Support property-wide weekend events and activities
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
