Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist customers with order tracking, shipping updates, and returns processing.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in our internal database.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services and cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with typing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Seattle office.
