- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday support team to ensure a seamless handover and consistent customer experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve our service offerings.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while on the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
