Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer tickets and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Utilize our proprietary CRM software to document interactions and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the on-site technical team to escalate complex problems and provide feedback.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and adhere to company service level agreements.
- Assist in the creation and updating of self-service knowledge base articles.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on daily support logs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior technical support experience is necessary; we train all new hires.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating web browsers and software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with availability for occasional overtime.
