As part of our weekend support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone and email.
- Conduct remote product training sessions for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products based on customer needs.
- Participate in weekly training workshops to enhance technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
