Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain organized store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend operations
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with weekend team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
