Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and product questions
- Document interactions accurately in CRM system
- Collaborate with weekend support team to ensure seamless coverage
- Meet/exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Participate in weekend team huddles
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months customer service experience (internships count!)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
