Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our San Diego location on weekends.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to potential customers.
- Assist in processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the floor team to maintain a high-energy and organized environment.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism and brand representation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn new technical concepts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
