Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Utilize CRM software and internal tools to log interactions and update customer profiles.
- Learn and execute sales and support scripts under mentorship.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
