Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, hours, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
- Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve daily performance goals.
- Handle cash deposits and balance registers at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly.
