Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers with a warm smile and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout their visit.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the store appearance by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures consistently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- No Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training. A willingness to learn and grow is all that is required.
- Flexibility: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium boxes (up to 25 lbs).
