Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Deliver exceptional service by listening to customer needs and providing accurate information.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure service standards are met.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the Senior Management team.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A valid driverβs license is a plus but not required.
