Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist customers in locating products and explaining product features and benefits.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
