Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Organize merchandise and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Restock inventory and ensure product displays are appealing and well-presented.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle cash handling and reconciliation procedures with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
