Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Inquiries: Answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and professionalism.
- Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure store goals are met and customer satisfaction is high.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
