Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to use computer terminals.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
