Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to clients entering the facility or contacting us via phone/email during weekend hours.
- Order Processing: Accurately process incoming orders, check inventory, and prepare packages for shipment.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently with the support of the team lead.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information using our CRM software.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and safe for all staff and visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend staff to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred (will consider current students).
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual, trustworthy, and willing to learn new processes quickly.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
