Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome shoppers warmly and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our digital retail systems.
- Inventory Support: Help organize stock, restock shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-merchandised.
- Customer Support: Handle returns, exchanges, and address customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth weekend operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude over experience. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts (including holidays during peak seasons).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
