Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor environment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns
- Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns as assigned
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures during operating hours
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8 AM - 8 PM)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Manhattan location
