Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Restock shelves and displays to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for register operations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects (up to 25 lbs).
