Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-store assistance and phone inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling product displays
- Participate in weekend stock rotation and inventory management processes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through product recommendations and upselling
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with occasional weekday flexibility
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset

- Willingness to complete comprehensive paid training program (40 hours)
