Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to hotel guests at check-in, during stays, and at check-out
- Manage reservations, answer inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Process payments accurately using our digital systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and transactions
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols in all guest-facing areas
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
