Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management: Stock shelves, organize warehouse spaces, and track incoming and outgoing goods efficiently.
- Operate basic equipment: Use pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and scanning devices safely and accurately.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience during peak weekend hours.
- Data Entry: Accurately log daily transactions and maintain accurate records using company software.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times to comply with safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure operations run smoothly and targets are met.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and attendance is required.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
