Responsibilities
- Perform safe and efficient loading, unloading, and staging of materials and products according to safety protocols.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory records and track shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline daily operations and meet productivity targets.
- Assist in organizing warehouse spaces to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to participate in our Paid Training program upon hiring.
