Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid training
- Manage inventory using scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for timely delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in daily inventory counts and quality checks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Manhattan facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
- Valid government-issued ID for background check
