Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment with precision and speed.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks or forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and assist with stock organization.
- Follow safety protocols and operational procedures strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer skills are a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
