Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided certification training
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend shift deadlines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete all required training modules within the first 30 days
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for training systems
- Reliable transportation to the Tech Center Drive facility
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) with potential overtime
