Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our OSHA-certified training program
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our WMS system
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space and safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with barcode scanners
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to our Commerce Street facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
