Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as directed by management.
- Ensure all packaging meets quality standards and shipping requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
