Job Summary
In this role, you will play a critical part in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that our distribution center runs smoothly by managing incoming and outgoing inventory with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using our warehouse management system.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by organizing stock and equipment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment (certification provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and verifying orders.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for inventory calculations.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
