Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks (comprehensive training provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and organize stock on the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and operational deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
