Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not strictly required.
