Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely handle incoming and outgoing freight using industrial equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stocktaking and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide on-the-job training for all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
